They want to reduce the capital gains tax for foreign investors who earn in hundreds of crores which is 12.5% because they are leaving the country. But these leeches don't have problems with 35% income tax paid by common citizens who work in this country & have responsibilities.

Tax payers must be respected, recognised and rewarded in this country otherwise we will bring insane levels of slowdown & recession in this country. If 1% doesn't matter then PM wouldn't have asked austerity measured. Gold is bought, foreign travels are done by only top 1%.

I am ready to vote for the political party that abolishes caste based reservations in India...!!

We don't have problem with zero tax for low earners. We have problem with high income tax for middle earner. In India, you have zero tax till 1L per month. With just a net 60k additional income per month, you pay 31.2% income tax. The poor & rich difference is 60k in India.

👋📍In last 12 years, China went from $8T to $21T economy, per capita from $7K to $15K. US from $16T to $32T, per capita from $53K to $95K. Vietnam from $200B to $550B, per capita from $2.1K to $5.5K. One of my friends paid income tax as below: 2024: ₹3.95L 2025: ₹4.85L 2026: ₹6.25L 2027: ₹3.95L (estimated April 2026 to March 2027) Recently he consciously chose a job with better work-life balance over pay, and yes, reducing the crushing income tax burden was also one of the reasons, maybe not the biggest, but definitely a factor. He said he’s happier paying lower taxes than watching his hard-earned money disappear into freebies-driven politics and corruption-heavy governance.

Dear @IncomeTaxIndia, stop taking income tax even before salary is credited to my bank account. Who worked the whole month, you or me? Have some common sense. At the end of the year, if I owe taxes after expenses, I will pay them, just like corporates do. Why is the salaried middle class treated differently every single time? Stop this nonsense. How strange is it that students are not allowed in for being even 1 minute late for the NEET Exam, but when the exam papers get leaked, the education minister doesn’t even lose his job..!?
