As of March 2025, the EEOC is retargeting our small business by creating fictional classes of people who never worked for us and were never harmed. This is unjust! There is no explanation of the EEOCs actions for the last 10 years. The number one question we get is how they came up with $15 million dollars. We hope that someone from the federal government's executive branch or senior leadership at the EEOC will take a fresh look at this case.
