@MedCrisis What's crucial Dr Francis is that FRCPs actually do something now rather than just sit and seethe. Someone find the processes to replace the senior leadership and start them asap. Expose as much as possible about what's happened behind the scenes to get us here.

Yes I came back to twitter just to post this as I’m so disappointed in the RCP. Really can’t believe some things I’ve heard. Astonished at fellow consultants, but I’m also grateful to those (eligible to attend) who spoke up with points of common sense and caution #RCPEGM

I’m also deeply saddened to hear of Tasneem’s passing. What a tragedy someone so young, and clearly such a kind person, is lost. Sincere condolences to all that loved her. It’s more important than ever that we look out for each other. Wishing you all a peaceful Christmas x

But UK medicine for me (ie my job) has been grinding me down this year. I won’t get into it here but f*ck me, working for the NHS is one long toxic relationship (pretty sure I stole that from someone else on medtwitter!) We only have so much mental bandwidth, and X was a casualty

Aha! I just found this scrap of paper lying on my desk. It's an incredibly badly drawn storyboard for my "Annoying Little Guy" sketch. I tend to do these to get the eyelines right when there are 3 or more characters. So disappointingly uncool to look at!

People occasionally ask for behind the scenes footage from my videos, but it's just me sitting at a computer most of the time. Here's a transition from rough sketch to colour. If you watch it 1000 times, you'll be as sick of hearing this line as I am.
