I have been having the same convos offline, but many (most?) scientists don't want to stick their necks out right now...at least publicly. IMO, we are past that point. Glad for folks like Mark who are literally facing govt retaliation but are still informing us!

Unequivocally, the objective in Iran should be regime change. The regime and its radical ideology have threatened America for a long time. I am disappointed that the White House didn't convince Americans that this attack is necessary before it happened. It could prove a costly blunder not to have made the case in advance.
