Posting on Threads in response to a fan observation about the show’s look, #SpiderNoir crew member K.C. Lauf dropped some interesting facts about how the series was shot: “The sets were all painted green, brown, and pink to compliment the gradients of grey in BW. @MetalBlakedowns @Parker_Luck394 That's what I'm saying, yea they made the black and white version first but a similar level of care seems to have gone into the color version and I think it paid off.
Plus, Prime Video only lets you download the color version, if B/W is the default, wouldn't it be that instead?

For those who haven't seen this in color, they lit him with red and blue lights as a callback to Classic Spider-Man.

It was shot with the intent of being black & white but that doesn’t discredit how well they did with the colour version, a lot of care obviously went into it regardless
