@lgbtqsyd Sorry for the issues. Weather and mechanical issues caused some issues with the trains this morning. We were working on replacement buses while the issue was sorted out, but the mechanical issues have since been resolved. There may still be some delays this morning due to 1/2

@SteveWCarlson Sorry you had to deal with that. You're right. The fare for Metro Mobility-certified riders is free. You can file a complaint with our Customer Relations team by calling 612-373-3333 or visiting metrotransit.org/contact-us and they will look into this further. -JN

@MetroTransitMN This is the Green line car that a red shirted agent just came and refused to accept a metro mobility card to ride train to work for a disabled person. She said we had to pay because we have to pay to ride Metro Mobility. Constant harassment of disabled must end.

@MetroTransitMN I've recently used the Metro Micro service in Woodbury, where I've been saddled with lengthy wait times that go beyond the initially posted estimate. I sometimes don't see any vehicle appear for about 10-15 minutes after a request. Can you explain why that is?

5:00 AM Winter weather service advisory: Last night’s Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 9 AM, which means we may see service delays due to road conditions. Currently, 15% of buses are experiencing an average delay of 5 minutes. Next update at 6 AM.

10:00 PM winter weather update: Nearly 38% of buses are experiencing delays, with an average delay around 6 minutes. Green Line and Blue Line are both experiencing minor delays throughout the system. JJ

8:00 PM update: About 31% of buses are experiencing delays, with an average delay around 7 minutes. Green Line and Blue Line are both experiencing minor delays of up to 15 minutes throughout the system. JJ
