I agree 1000 percent. The actual plan now is to build a new govt center on the gore prop, by brightline. The estimated cost is 650 million dollars. (Before a shovel hits the ground) I do not support something that expensive. I believe it incumbent upon us to try to do this for less. The spirit deal would accomplish that.
