Highly unlikely they are teachable. Their disdain for Black women and men would never allow it. If we did offer a course, it would start off with remembering the name of your witness, i.e., Mr Wade, NOT Mr Willis. All Black men do not look alike.

One of the things we lawyers learn in trial practice is that if you have to follow up a question with "So ...", you've lost! I've now lost track of how many times the lawyers questioning #FaniWillis have followed up with a "So" question. Bad form. Bad practice. They are desperate
