This happens a lot in regional theatre. ATG’s Manchester theatres are particularly bad for it, only inviting “local reviewers” while marketing these short trials as “Manchester gets it first!” to hoodwink their guinea-pig audiences into still paying a premium for a ticket

Nice to learn that @MickeyJoTheatre is “awestruck” by the new greatest showman musical and @katereinking “had a blast”, but for this one, I am only fighting for a tkt unless recommended by @ItsRainingBen !! Lol

Theatre vloggers are now deleting comments providing information to theatre lovers who might want a significantly larger choice of venues to spend a voucher at. Glad the ATG cheque cleared, @MickeyJoTheatre, but you should be transparent and show the full picture, shouldn’t you?
