What stands out most is that this is not being framed as a company just trying to “survive.” It is being presented as a company building toward a major exchange uplisting, institutional participation, blockchain based real world asset tokenization, and long term value creation from the ground up.
Here’s the big picture from the update… A major exchange uplisting is underway. That matters because it is the gateway to broader market visibility, stronger credibility, and access to institutional capital that does not touch the OTC the same way retail does.
The RWA tokenization platform is one of the biggest pieces here. The vision is not just to hold assets, but to digitize and unlock them through blockchain rails, creating new liquidity pathways, new revenue opportunities, and a bridge between traditional finance and digital finance.
The biotech side is still a huge differentiator. Their proprietary kettle tech and nanotechnology platform is being positioned around enhanced bioavailability and higher value formulations, which gives the company a much bigger identity than just another cannabis ticker. That is where the pharma grade angle starts becoming important.
