These ladies have shared their stories, offered personal finance lessons, created internships, taken our players out to meals for one on one mentorship, and have even helped one of our players get a job after graduation. We are so thankful for these women!

Let’s thank some of our Guest Coaches from this past. Our Guest Coach Program is a way to connect our players with excellent women in our region with the hope of inspiration, mentorship, and connection.

Buff Nation, let’s welcome Celeste Riddle to the team for Fall ‘26! She’s an incoming freshman out of Clyde, NC.

Another successful semester for the Lady Buffs! 5 players with 4.0s and a team GPA of 3.7! 6 additional players earned a 3.9+ GPA this semester, which is certainly worth mentioning: Nina, Bailey, Callie, Cora, Mak, and Kelsey.

We had 1️⃣0️⃣ NAIA SCHOLAR ATHLETES this past winter. Lady Buffs getting it done in the classroom and on the court! (This award went out at the end of February, and players have to have completed a certain number of credits at Milligan and maintain a 3.5 to be eligible.)

The Lady Buffs were well represented at the Buffy’s Tonight! Our team won Milligan Women’s Team of the Year, Semaj was Co-Female Athlete of the Year, Kenzie won the Eli Cramer Award, and Nina was named Unsung Hero! #Buffys26 @MilliganBuffs #BOOM!

Buff Nation please welcome our newest addition to the program, Ellie Linx. She’s a shooting guard from Pellissippi State and has 2 years of eligibility remaining!

“Senior Retreat!” Well it wasn’t a whole retreat, but the seniors and coaches spent all day meeting about next season. From picking new uniforms to connecting with teammates to planning community service and a lot more…. We’re excited for their leadership and legacy.

𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗻 🇺🇸🏀 After an incredible senior season averaging 17.2 points per game, 9.0 rebounds per game, & 4.1 assists per game— Semaj Clark has been named an NAIA Third Team All-American, becoming the 10th Lady Buff in program history to receive the honor.

Semaj was chosen as a WBCA All American, once again. Only 10 NAIA players in the country are named to this team. Congrats Semaj! @MilliganBuffs @PlayNAIA @WBCA1981 #BOOM!

The Lady Buffs have appeared in the last 3 NAIA National Tournaments. *2023-24 at-large bid. 23-8 *2024-25 automatic bid. 25-8 *2025-26 automatic bid. 23-8 The 10 players shown have been part of all 3 tournament teams! #BOOM!
