@MINIUK I can honestly say my new Mini Cooper is the most frustrating Mini I have ever owned. The media system is an absolute joke. It works perfectly for a week or two then for no reason whatsoever it’s does not interact, you can’t use the phone or change the radio station. WHY

@MINIUK the CarPlay functionality has stopped working as it once did; you can no longer press the phone button on the wheel to answer calls. Also, when trying to make a call, pressing the phone button gives you the last call list, but you can’t get it to actually make the call!

@GSElecHighway @MINIUK 45 mins trying to charge my Cooper EV at Moto Donington Park (M1), fails every time. Drove to @InstaVoltUK 5 miles away and worked perfectly. Clearly a Mini/Gridserve issue! Sort it out guys!!

@MINIUK My Mini, reg 2024, has flooded in the passenger footwell. Apparently, caused by a blocked drain pipe from the sunroof. I have been informed that this is NOT a manufacturing default. So who is responsible for telling me that this pipe exists and needs cleaning?

I would strongly recommend nobody buy another vehicle from @MINIUK because the new sales system they have implemented in April this year is broken and they have no concept of customer service. I have a catalogue of evidence against them. They urgently need to go reverse this.
