@AJA_Cortes I love Baithaks or Hindu squats, doing up to 150-200 in a set and 500-1000 in a day feels incredible. They are holistic, timeless, and powerful. It also strengthen my knees and the entire body.

Bodyweight "Hindu squats" are a long term tonic movement that I think should always be done regularly Even if it's just 1 or 2 sets at the end of lower body training Have this deep flexion ROM is a good indicator of joint integrity and flexibility

@Sura_Kensei Well yeah, cause Japanese mythology/culture have always been influenced by Indian culture. I mean, Buddhism is one of the biggest religions there. And from Hinduism it's an easy path from Hanuman - Sun Wukong - Son Goku. (Am I missing a step there? Not pretending I'm an expert)

Wdym by “it begins”? 😭 Take away indian culture and religion (Hindu and Buddhist) influences from anime and you’re deleting half the lore. Chakra, mantras, karma, reincarnation… anime Naruto and JJK would’ve looked VERY different without Indian mythology
