If you’ve never dealt with a sociopath in real life before, just keep watching the politics of the left right now. 1) Their emotions are explosive and disproportionate. They calibrate their emotional outbursts to control others. They engage in mass psychological manipulation.

Once you’re past 35, are you just going to keep being gradually more tired every year for the rest of your life or is a there a second wind somewhere? Anybody suddenly stumble upon newfound energy in their 40s? 50s? 60s, maybe with retirement? Naturally, no HRT or hacks

@mmeJen I used to have a few different bromeliads, they're very pretty, but had no idea some were air plants. I assume they need humidity for water, though. They might not survive where I live, living on tree trunks, without humidity

Just so everyone knows: "Epstein Class" = Jews. He can't say Israel over and over -- that means "Jews" too. So he has to mix-up his antisemitic references.

When the swamp and Epstein class couldn’t buy my vote, they bought the most expensive congressional seat ever. I joined @MeetThePress this morning to talk about putting people & principles over parties. I’m optimistic because the younger generation understands what’s going on.

Examining Kate’s 1% She has suspected endometriosis. This affects at least 1 in 10 women, likely more. Here she’s getting an ultrasound. Historically you needed surgery just to diagnose it (incisions are made in the abdomen). We're doing a non-invasive route. Typically women live with endometriosis for 7-10 years before being diagnosed. It’s the leading reason women aged 30 to 34 get hysterectomies (permanent surgery to entirely remove the uterus). This condition is where endometrial-like tissue starts growing outside the uterus, in ovaries, bowel, bladder, even the diaphragm. This tissue inflames, scars, and glues organs together. Our first step is to find out if @_katetolo has it. Initial measurements we’re doing: + trans vaginal ultrasound + pelvic MRI w and w/o contrast + hormonal labs All during the early part of her cycle to get the clearest picture. During her ultrasound, a slim probe, about the width of two fingers, 10-12 inches long (although only a small portion is inserted) is covered with a protective sheath and lubricant and gently inserted into the vagina (patient has to empty their bladder first). This creates real-time images of the uterus, ovaries, and surrounding pelvic structures. While inserted, the probe is turned 90 degrees to evaluate all the various structures, angles and views. There is no radiation exposure. The technician is looking for scarring, ovarian cysts, adhesions, and for organs that are fused together with tissue. This ultrasound can confirm endometriosis but it cannot rule it out. What endo does to the body: + 90% report pelvic pain + 50% report severe fatigue + 26% report infertility. However many sources cite 30 to 50 percent. + 50% experience pain during sex. + Many have pain with ovulation, bowel movements, and urination + Severe bloating called “endo belly” where the abdomen visibly distends There are a handful of theories about why endometriosis develops but the honest answer is no one is quite sure. We’ll keep you posted on her results.

🚨 To Senator Lindsey Graham… A message from the heart of Riyadh Read this carefully, for what you are about to hear is not a flowery diplomatic statement, but the truth from the capital of decision-making that is leading the world towards a just peace: Firstly: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia does not need lessons in ‘boldness’ from anyone. Remember, on 22 May 2026, Riyadh launched its historic ‘International Coalition for a Two-State Solution’ initiative, bringing together 165 nations from across the globe to endorse, recognise and support it. This is our international standing, and this is our boldness, which needs no endorsement from you. Secondly: The entire world holds the Kingdom in the highest regard and esteem. We build our strategic relations with the East and the West, with Beijing, Moscow and Washington, and with the European Union, Britain and other influential international powers, in accordance with our national interests and our firm principles, not according to anyone’s dictates. And if you issue a statement linking the continuation of relations or threatening ‘grave repercussions’, you are thereby – in the most blatant manner – undermining the historic strategic relationship between the Kingdom and the United States. Such crude language is unbecoming of allies, and we address it only to those who are ignorant of the Kingdom’s standing and prestige. Thirdly: Who inspired you to ask us to join the Abraham Accords as if you were doing us a favour or dictating our choices? Let us be clear with you: our position on the Palestinian cause is not a bargaining chip, and neither threats nor enticements will sway it. There will be no peace without the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital. This is the position we have declared to the world, and this is the essence of our initiative, which 165 countries have rallied behind. We are on the right side of history, and international legitimacy is on our side. Fourthly: A word of free advice… Before you threaten and make threats, take a good look at the bigger picture. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia draws its strength first from God, then from its wise leaders throughout the centuries, from the founder King Abdulaziz, may God have mercy on him, to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and on to Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who is leading this historic transformation, alongside its loyal people and all free people of the world. Rest assured that history proves that Riyadh has never bowed down, and will not bow down today. In conclusion: history will remember those who led the world towards a just peace, and it will remember those who gambled on the language of threats and blackmail and lost the bet. Do not misjudge the situation… again.
Lindsey Graham@LindseyGrahamSC

If in fact as a result of these negotiations to end the Iranian conflict, our Arab and Muslim allies in the region agreed to join the Abraham Accords, it would make this agreement one of the most consequential in the history of the Middle East. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Pakistan joining the Abraham Accords would be beyond transformative for the region and world. It is a brilliant move by President Trump. To Saudi Arabia and others: Now is the time to be bold for the future of a new Middle East. I expect, as President Trump has suggested, you will in fact join the Abraham Accords effectively ending the Arab-Israeli conflict. If you refuse to go down this path as suggested by President Trump, it will have severe repercussions for our future relationships and make this peace proposal unacceptable. Further, it would be seen by history as a major miscalculation. President Trump: Stick to your guns in getting a good deal with Iran. Equally important, stick to your guns in insisting Saudi Arabia and others join the Abraham Accords as part of these negotiations. Again, this is a brilliant proposal by President Trump.

Finally made it to the @FlaglerMuseum yesterday in Palm Beach. As someone who grew up in South Florida, I can’t believe it took me this long to finally step inside the former Palm Beach home of Henry Flagler. The Flagler Museum is absolutely immaculate—not only as an architectural masterpiece, but as a place that tells the story of one of the most influential entrepreneurs in American history. Born into humble beginnings, Henry Flagler became a co-founder of Standard Oil alongside John D. Rockefeller before embarking on an extraordinary second act: building modern Florida. Flagler didn’t just construct hotels. He built railroads that connected the state, developed vast agricultural lands, invested in communities, and helped transform Florida into both an economic powerhouse and a world-class destination. In many ways, the Florida we know today exists because of his vision, persistence, and willingness to think bigger than anyone else. Walking through these rooms, it’s easy to admire the wealth and grandeur. But what impressed me most was the scale of his ambition and the lasting impact one entrepreneur can have on an entire state. No matter how long you’ve lived in Florida, this is a place worth visiting. Have you ever toured the Flagler Museum?

Let me be very clear, antizionism is a hate movement. Antizionist Jews collaborate with genocidal Islamist, Third Worldist, and neo-Nazis who harm Jews. You’re perpetuating antisemitic Soviet propaganda, which inverted cause and effect by blaming Israel for antisemitism. Israel is the ancestral home of the Jewish people with a distinct religion, language and set of traditions. Emancipation in the modern era required the Jews of Europe to Christianise down to a religion. You may identify this way but no Jew should ever participate in a hate movement against other Jews. Antizionism is a hate movement.

On the contrary. Anti-Zionist Jews who seek to separate Israel from Judaism are protecting Jews from Israel’s political opponents, and protecting Judaism from being politicized, defamed, and deformed by the anti-Torah Zionist ideology. If Zionists weren’t so brainwashed that they are only able to see the world through the perverting lens of Zionism, they’d be able to read the room and see how this obscene obsession with tying a foreign country to religious faith is the biggest danger to the practitioners of that faith. If we can’t convince you that you’re being suicidal, at least we can clarify to the world that you and your perverted, politicized version of Judaism are not shared by others, and you and your ilk do not speak for American or world Jewry. Zionism is not Judaism
Lisa Keshet ליסה קשת@LisaKeshet

Antizionist Jews are Jewish antisemites. I say this with a heavy heart. They’re not disaffected Jews who don’t cause harm but are Jews who are actively engaged in a hate movement against the sovereign state of Israel. Not its policies but its existence, its representation as our ancestral homeland. They endanger the lives of the seven million Jews living in Israel and they incite violence against Jews worldwide. The neo-Nazi jihadists will come for them in the end but it’s time to draw the line. How we set the Jewish and communal boundaries with antizionist Jews is up for debate but the time has come.

I am currently talking to two sources I really respect. They are both telling me that Trump is backing away from the deal with Iran, likely under extreme internal pressure (i.e. Israel and its domestic allies in the US). This is a terrifying turn of events.

@elliagne This plant, the bromeliad, has many plants that mostly just use their roots to attach to trees. They catch nutrients and water in their central rosette. Air plants are in this family
