I was a mathematician and an educator before I came into this space. I swapped the classroom for the Twitter dungeons, trading chalkboards for timelines and students for token holders. Different audience. Same problem. Explaining complex systems to people who don’t always want to hear the answer. That background shaped how I approached crypto from day one. I cared less about narratives and more about whether systems actually worked. Whether incentives held up once real users arrived. Whether the maths survived contact with behaviour. That instinct is what led me to found and lead tokenomics at Animoca Brands. Over the years, I had the privilege of working across some of the most meaningful ecosystems in the space. Not as post-mortems, but as live systems evolving in real time. Yuga Labs with $APE. Pixels with $PIXEL. Igloo Inc with $PENGU. Open Campus with $EDU. Mocaverse with $MOCA. Alongside quieter work with large institutions and global operators that don’t announce themselves on crypto Twitter. Different sectors, different goals, different constraints. But a shared challenge. The models were rarely the issue. Execution was. Tokenomics, when delivered purely as advisory, has a structural ceiling. You can design a system, flag risks early, and still watch the token become treated primarily as a launch event instead of a long-lived product. Once a token goes live, pressures compound. Incentives drift. Emissions get stretched. Liquidity optics start doing work they were never meant to do. Not because teams are careless, but because the system wasn’t designed to absorb reality from day one. That’s not a failure of intent. It’s a limitation of structure. After nearly five years of building, advising, and learning inside live ecosystems, it became clear the constraint wasn’t intellectual. It was ownership. Advisory lets you diagnose the problem, but you don’t fully own the outcome. That’s why I shifted my focus into launching Animoca Labs. Labs exists to sit inside execution. Where token design, product design, and go-to-market are built together. Where tokens are treated as products with product sweet spots, not financial wrappers launched in isolation. Innovation here isn’t novelty. It’s building systems that don’t rely on constant emissions, explanations, or optimism to stay alive. For someone like me, from fairly humble beginnings, that opportunity isn’t something I take lightly. This shift wouldn’t have been possible without the trust and support from Animoca leadership, especially Yat Siu, and others who believed this space needs fewer opinions and more owned outcomes. If you’re building something real Already live or close to it. Showing early PMF, real users, or actual revenue. And you’re more interested in fixing hard problems than running another launch cycle. That’s exactly the kind of work Animoca Labs exists for.

Here's how to create your classic corporate headshot: 1. Go to Google Gemini 2. Select 'Pro' 3. Select 'Create image' tool 4. Add your image 5. Add this prompt: cinematic, ultra-realistic corporate headshot of the same person from the reference image. Preserve exact facial features, skin tone, and identity. Style: classic professional corporate portrait. The subject is wearing a tailored dark suit, crisp white shirt, and subtle tie. Lighting is soft, directional studio lighting with gentle shadows for depth. Background is minimal, blurred, and neutral-toned (dark grey or beige gradient). Shot on a high-end full-frame camera with 85mm lens, shallow depth of field, sharp focus on the eyes, natural skin texture, and high dynamic range. Expression is confident, calm, and approachable. Ultra-detailed, 8K quality, realistic color grading 6. Submit 7. AI generates in seconds

Some days aren’t built for winning. They’re built for surviving. Early call → supposed to be light → turned deep. Then hours of stakeholder calls. By 1pm: mentally cooked. Still had real work to do. No focus. No energy. Fasting. Zero caffeine. Just discipline and stubbornness. Got through it. Not at my best. But I didn’t stop. That’s the game most people don’t talk about: Consistency isn’t always clean. It’s messy. It’s forced. It’s uncomfortable. But it compounds.

The End of Permissionless Scaling. In 2024, you needed a chip. In 2026, you need a permission. Whether it’s the 210 week wait (Yes 4 years 😲) for a grid connection or the KYA (Know Your Agent) identity handshake, the “Permissioned Economy” is here. If your roadmap isn’t an energy and identity plan, it’s a wishlist. The Context: AI hardware parity is arriving, but infrastructure parity is dead. The next 5 years belong to companies that own their power grid and their identity layer. If you aren’t building for a grid-constrained, identity-locked world, you’re just renting a future you’ll never own. 48-Hour Intel Deep-Dive: - RSAC 2026 (San Francisco): Shift from “Model Security” to “Agentic IAM.” KYA is the new standard. t54 Labs $5M seed (Mar 25) marks the institutional birth of the Agentic Trust Layer. - Rhoda AI Industrial Milestone: 2.5-hour zero-intervention run on a live factory floor (Mar 25). Speed-to-physical is now 19 days from data collection. - The Transformer Trap: Confirmed 210-week (4-year) lead time for UK grid infrastructure. Compute is no longer the bottleneck; Interconnection is the gatekeeper. Numbers That Pop: - 210 Weeks: The waiting list for a plug. This is the ceiling for the 120,000 Blackwell Ultra GPUs arriving in the UK. - 6.0 GW: Meta’s power moat. Equivalent to 6 million H100-class chips in power budget alone. - 70%: Oversight reduction via RODEO (Robot DAO) protocols for physical fleets. AI agents need sovereignty, advanced reasoning, and autonomy, not just intelligence. At the UK AI Agent Hackathon EP4 hosted at @imperialcollege, our very own @ysiu spoke alongside visionaries leading the charge of agentic future, such as @openclaw founder @steipete and @helpbnk co-founder and chairman @simonsquibb. Key takeaways: 🔹Innovation alone isn’t enough. Build ethically, with basic human decency, accountability, and respect. 🔹A sovereign agentic future requires digital property rights 🔹The future of AI agents will be shaped by both infrastructure and integrity Proud to have sponsored such a memorable hackathon 🦞

I had a friend called Arnold, he always spoke about unfair advantages being his edge I now understand what he meant Superior trade is my unfair advantage especially when paired with my trading minds to give it that extra oomph Thank you Arnold, but now I have the edge
Superior.Trade@SuperiorTrade_

Skill v3: Friction⬇️, Time-To-Trade⏩ Most AI trading interfaces today are still built around human workflows: manual setup, credential handling, fragmented execution. These cause unnecessary friction — for both users and agents. Superior Trade’s Skill v3 removes that friction. Upgrades: • Account abstraction — trading wallet is automatically provisioned at signup • Credential handling — API keys are read directly from environment variables, eliminating interactive flows • Simplified authentication — consolidated into a single SUPERIOR_TRADE_API_KEY • OpenClaw-native metadata — structured, deterministic, and fully agent-readable These are not incremental UX improvements. They are a shift toward execution systems designed for agent-native operation. Measured impact:⏩ • ~48% reduction in context load (14.5k → 7.5k tokens) • ~44% reduction in verbosity, improving model precision and reliability • Reduction from 4 user-provided secrets to a single environment variable The outcome is a more stable, deterministic execution path. Fewer steps → fewer points of failure Less ambiguity → stronger agent reasoning Execution is no longer the final step. It’s the default. Evaluate → backtest → execute Skill v3 doesn’t just improve agents. It turns them into pro-traders. Skill Link👇🏼

POV: your fridge is empty again Not just because you forgot Because nobody was handling it Your AI agent could’ve: planned your meals; built your list; reminded you yesterday; All you need to do is delegate your tasks!

As a British Egyptian Muslim living in the UK you broke down the stigma of what it meant to be Muslim, you lead by example, you even had the fans singing ‘If you score another few, then I’ll be Muslim too’ in your debut season You broke record after record You helped the team win the premier league, not once but twice and could have easily been more You are a talisman of LFC A living legend, one who made the fans believe that anything was possible And you made the impossible possible You made Egyptians world wide proud of your achievements and took Egyptian football from the brink back to being on the world stage and qualifying for World Cup in 2018 and 2026 while narrowly missing out in the final qualification game against Senegal in 2022 Thank you for helping take Liverpool to the top Thank you for making Egyptians and Liverpudlians alike believe Thank you for the memories You will be missed my friend YNWA
