one of my wokest takes is the fact that as white people we benefit from oppression of other marginalized groups and only by actively fighting against it and being anti racist by uplifting BIPOC and helping their voices become louder can we properly fight against white supremacy
if "white people are oppressors" is offensive to you than perhaps you should look inside and figure out why.
in this society we are all capable of being oppressors and only by accepting that can we fight against people who oppress us all.

been seeing alot of white trans women crashing the out from the sign saying that white trans people are oppressors too its objectively true why are we getting so defensive about it? is it so unheard of that you can be part of a marginalized group and still be an oppressor?

You read that homeless women are being raped and immediately blamed homeless men because you associate violence with poverty, whole time the primary perpetrators or rape of homeless women AND MEN are housed people (and cops) who lure them with promises of food, shelter and work.

if you pass as a cis man, everything is great and you benefit from society, congrats!
if you pass as a Trans Man, however, you are a much bigger target to harassment and violence than you were pre-transition, and likely benefit from little to no patriarchal structures.

being born female as a trans man is a societal disadvantage that encompasses relationships, daily interactions, healthcare, education, mental health, and Several other factors, and its OKAY to admit that we are born with (and often retain many of) these patriarchal disadvantages

18 year old straight A university student gets Covid 6 months ago and now has severe Long Covid. Family keeps telling her she just had a cold and she is faking it. She had to withdraw from classes, can't focus, memory gone, dissociation, visual snow. i think this is Almost true, i think misogyny is wielded against all of us but we are all seen as a secret third thing (and not in a nonbinary way) which is also why both trans women and trans men get the concept of "manhood" used against us in a weaponised way
