Moving forward, when presenting financial data to your audience, it is important to ensure that the information is: 1. Easily understandable, even to individuals without accounting or finance backgrounds; 2. Clear and direct in explaining the “who,” “what,” and “how” of the transactions; 3. Detailed enough to avoid ambiguity or multiple interpretations; and 4. Organized in a manner that can withstand even a basic financial review or audit. Transparency is not only about providing information, but also about presenting it in a way that is clear, concise, and easily verifiable by the intended audience. If the data remains ambiguous or difficult to interpret, the purpose of transparency and accountability is ultimately not achieved.

If equality was one of the project’s core principles, how does the organization justify the significant variance in total expenses between both members? 6. Did both members receive the same level of financial priority, sponsorship effort, and project support throughout the initiative? 7. Were there differences in: - product specifications, - sponsorship arrangements, - customization options, - or project scope that resulted in unequal totals? 8. Who approved the decision to allocate different amounts per member, and what criteria were used in determining those allocations? 9. Were all contributors and donors properly informed whenever funding structures or sponsorship arrangements changed during the project? 10. If one member’s project required higher funding, was there any balancing mechanism implemented to maintain fairness within the duo fanbase structure? 11. Why does the financial report present separate totals without clearly explaining how equality was still maintained despite the differences? 12. Were all donations intended for the duo fandom pooled together first before distribution, or were donations already segregated per member from the start? 13. Did the organization establish any internal financial policy or guideline regarding equal treatment and allocation for both members? 14. Were remaining balances from one member’s project ever considered for redistribution or balancing purposes to maintain parity between both sides? 15. Could the organization provide a complete comparative breakdown showing: - total funds raised per member, - total expenses per member, - sponsorship contributions, - and remaining balances, to demonstrate how fairness was achieved overall? 16. Was there any independent verification or reconciliation conducted to ensure both members ultimately received equitable support? 17. In hindsight, does the organization believe the current reporting format adequately demonstrated equality and transparency to the fandom? 18. What improvements will be implemented in future duo fanbase projects to avoid confusion regarding fairness, fund allocation, and financial transparency?
