Yesterday I was hosting a google hangout with the sole purpose of talking math. However, that’s not what happened. We talked about math a little bit, but more importantly life, worries, introduced our pets to one another, and just connected. Yesterday, was a win. #iteachmath

State assessments should be cancelled for all schools immediately. We are now comparing apples to oranges when students are missing 3,4,5 weeks of school, maybe more. Remove that stress now! Put that in your bill and pass it! They will be even more useless than usual.
