I reported this on 5 Jan and provided: • the invoice • the first deduction • all 82 unauthorised transactions Since then: ignored, bounced between departments, and given irrelevant replies. This is not customer service — it’s avoidance. #ConsumerRights #SouthAfrica

🚨 @MTNza deducted R229 from my account 82 times — totalling R19,000 — from ONE data bundle purchase. These were card transactions, not a debit order. This is not a “glitch”. It’s unauthorised billing. #MTN #BillingFraud

I'm taken from Pila to post by @MTNza I had a router that was taken for repairs 2024 December fast forward the 2026 I got the router back but they have billed me for the time it was away... Now I can't use it before I pay them.. But the router just brought back last month nje.
