We are heartbroken to say Maxi Jazz died peacefully in his sleep last night. He was a man who changed our lives in so many ways. He gave proper meaning and a message to our music. He was a lovely human being with time for everyone and wisdom that was both profound and accessible.

@MTWCSH I LIKE that question. I think the whole system has lost its way; the Green Paper proposals can't be implemented as they stand without tripping over the law and, in any case, it's only window dressing to hide the fact from Treasury that the Ideas Store is empty.

The man associated with the #SEND Green Paper has just been disassociated from it, moved to the Dept of Health & Social Care. I'm telling you (again, as I have before): they will ditch the paper. Only the Treasury retains any interest and they have their own mechanism in play.
