Footwork is everything. As a linebacker, moving fast isn’t just about speed — it’s about control, reaction, and being ready to attack the next play. Every step matters. Every rep helps me get sharper, quicker, and more explosive. My goal is to keep improving my footwork so when I’m on the field, I can move with confidence, read fast, react fast, and do my job. Fast feet. Sharp eyes. Ready to work. @MulumbaT @CoachGerry10 @CKakudji

Field work that directly shows up on Friday nights.🏟️ These drills are built around footwork first—clean steps, efficient angles, and constant body control. Every rep emphasizes staying balanced, keeping the feet active, and transitioning smoothly from lateral movement to downhill acceleration. Why it matters on the field: • Sharp footwork = faster reads and cleaner fits • Efficient steps = quicker change of direction without wasted movement • Proper angles = better leverage and consistent finishes • Controlled acceleration = closing space instead of chasing Footwork isn’t just drills—it’s the foundation of on-field production. When the feet are right, everything else plays faster. @greeniesports @CoachDansdill @notlocalexander @CoachLidberg @LinebackerProt1 @MulumbaT @CKakudji #Prototype1 #WOOLSEYWORK

🎬Film IQ Breakdown We’re in a 5–2 look, and I’m the Mike LB. My assignment is to read A-gap, then drop to the hook-to-curl zone. Post-snap, I read high hats from the offensive line, confirming pass. I then see the QB take a quick drop, so I gain depth immediately and get to my landmark. As I drop, I read the QB’s eyes, which takes me to the route developing in my zone. I get my eyes around, locate the slant, and undercut the throw. I secure the interception and finish the play, turning it into a pick-six. Read → Drop → Pick → Finish @greeniesports @CoachDansdill @notlocalexander @CoachLidberg @LinebackerProt1 @MulumbaT @CKakudji #Prototype1 #WOOLSEYWORK

Change of direction & foot speed work. This type of training helps me: ✔️ React faster ✔️ Change direction without losing speed ✔️ Stay balanced while moving laterally ✔️ Close space quicker on the field As a linebacker, one wrong step is too late. Quick feet = fast reactions. Every rep builds game speed #Linebackerprotype @CoachGerry10 @MulumbaT
