Thank you. 😊 I eventually managed to get through to support who confirmed there are email issues and sorted out my query. Please ask your communications team to put a PR together that explains the issue and that it’ll take some time to migrate emails after the update. It’ll take pressure off support as well as minimise customer calls and frustration. IT support certainly doesn’t need flack from the public.

I am told I am first in line, but am still waiting. Eleven minutes gone, still no help. Your WhatsApp service is not helpful. Have you been hacked? No response even via tweeting.
