Video: This is the first day of National Work Zone Awareness Week (April 20-24). 113 barrels have been placed along I-640 East in Knox County near Exit 1 (Western Ave.) as a memorial for the 113 @myTDOT workers who have been killed in the line of duty. #NWZAW #myTDOT #WorkWithUs

Video: It’s a big day at the Alcoa Highway project. Crews are performing the concrete pour for the new bridge near UT Medical Center. Work began at 3am and will continue throughout the morning, afternoon and early evening.
