This is abuse of process, plain and simple. 🔹Promises of full restitution and independent review by senior figures and banks ring hollow when a widow receives nothing after years in a compensation scheme. Such breaches are not mere delays; they are betrayals of restorative justice and public trust. 🔹Pursuing fees from compensation the victim has never received exposes a grotesque conflict of interest. No ethical professional should enable this. It prioritises self-enrichment over basic human decency and the rule of law. 🔹Regulatory inaction, combined with repeated refusals by judicial figures to engage despite public commitments, points to institutional capture. Bodies meant to protect the public instead shield powerful interests, allowing financial abuse to fester unchecked. 🔹No ethical lawyer can witness this without revulsion.
