Favorite hack of the Nerd Fitness Rebellion: “20 Seconds of Courage”: Need to do something that scares you? You can be scared sh*tless before and terrified after, but using 20 Sec of Courage is like a Super Mario Star: temporary invincibility. This is where change happens.

🏋️‍♂️ Any suggestions for someone new to weight training who wants to just add a bit of lifting from a makeshift home gym. Mostly for health and to supplement walks. I have a second hand bench but that’s it. Equipment? Routines? Apps? Hoping for max benefit minimum effort/cost.
