Hola @Nike llevo casi 3 meses para que me abonéis un reembolso por un producto que compré y no me mandasteis (me mandasteis otro por error, el cual os devolví). 4 llamadas de 15/20’ en semanas diferentes. ¿Cuándo vais a devolvérmelo?

@Nike ordered some Air Max 1 Nike By You. Not happy with quality (one of my shoes has blocked shoelace holes!). Bad stitching and glue/leather overlay. Had some of the similar problems on an Air Max 97 order but suffered them along with the bad stitching on that one. Help?

@NikeService Compro zapatillas, me enviáis una mochila. Ahora la única solución es devolución (que son molestias para el consumidor) y reembolso del dinero, pues no queda el producto que compré originalmente. No hay hoja de reclamaciones. Vergonzoso.
