One of the greatest benefits of today’s technology is its ability to keep us connected. It doesn’t have to be a long conversation. A text, Snapchat, Instagram DM, or quick phone call can let someone know they’re valued and that and that someone is thinking about them.

🧢 Take a Moment Monday I bought this hat back in the spring. If you know me, you know I’m not really a hat guy… but it’s become my hat of the summer. Its message is simple: “Check On Your Teammates.”
