Today was beautiful. Shot a video at a park I’m not familiar with, turned into a whole hike just to get there. Best part? I felt GOOD. Broke a good sweat, knees solid, no sciatic pain. Shot for 2 hours, hiked back easy. This weight loss journey real… the work is working.
