History has taught us the main source of revolt or riots anywhere usually is some type of Mis justice and..,,,in our case maybe an inevitable side affect from Federal policies cold as ICE carried out by the Trump administration. On the other hand Local government including Governor in quagmire between a rock and a hard place and chatter& talks of California declaring independence if the pressure continues a precedent to may lead to a domino effect other states however that is yet to be seen if fires continue to spread to example Texas another heavyweight state with a great demographic Mexican presence. It’s a balancing act requiring wisdom or you can hastily fix everything with a hammer but the end product is always the same damage ruin and lose.
