Bonham ES has served its community for more than 50 years and it will continue in that mission! Superintendent Dr. J.A. Gonzalez made the announcement to the school's staff, that the school will not be closed or repurposed at the end of the 2018-19 school year!

Bonham Elementary School is here to stay! In an emotion-packed meeting with McAllen ISD's Bonham ES Staff, Superintendent Dr. Gonzalez announced Bonham will remain open, continuing its 50+ year legacy as a beacon of learning in south McAllen. @BonhamBeagles More to come!
