@smith_jezza @nationaltrust Hi Jez, we're sorry that you feel let down. After a busy first night, we introduced a booking system on 20th November to avoid turning visitors away from the site. We have since made more tickets available and there are still some tickets left for our after Christmas shows.

@NTCroftCastle disappointing to learn that you need to book for the illuminations at the castle,having previously been advertised that no booking was needed. Needless to say, all tickets have now gone. As a member, feel a bit let down @nationaltrust
