And as an African queer woman, I say this firmly: we will be free together, or we will d*e together. I would rather perish fighting the white man and YOU than believe that my liberation is secondary to yours or that of the so-called “Black collective,” who never prioritise anyone but Black patriarchy.

Lol yes??? I do.
For me though, its more about a ritual than "hygiene". I find existence pretty meh 😅. So theres daily activities I commit to, as a form of creating purpose and soothing moments. Showering with dangerously hot water makes me feel alive tbh😭
