Now if the stadium had an original name of Stadium Christchurch, and the commentators used that, then a stern letter would be forthcoming by the naming rights owners.

from the crowd and global media called it by that name. Our own media continue to call it te kaha or a mixture of the two names. All signage on the stadium is ONENZ Stadium. If I was @onenzofficial I would be looking at what media I was placing future advertising with.

I can't get over how useless our sport commentators and news gatherers are in NZ. Not one of them got the name of our new stadium right over the last 4 days. The contract the owners signed with OneNZ stipulates that the stadium would be known as ONENZ Stadium. All commentary

@Mykuhl @MarkCurrieNZ There's no players to really come back.....Caleb and Vai? We are short in the front row. And we'll Matenga......an example of someone that hasn't covered himself in glory in his stints of the bench. And to that end, our bench has had no impact at all

@MarkCurrieNZ I think the Blues have a chance if they manage to get some players back from injury. They've been falling asleep in matches that they've been ahead in, but (hopefully) that's the sort of thing that does improve towards the end of the season.

If I've learnt one thing from the last 24 hours, it's that, even though they'll both likely win this week, the title isn't going to Auckland or Christchurch.

100% voted for my choice that being an expanded NPC and using the funds allocated to the existing Super Rugby to make the NPC Home and Away competition super viable. Basically competition runs from April until Grand finals in October with the International window at current time.
