HOOLI won't be a typical claim. All whitelisted wallets will get vouchers, some more than others depending on their allocations. You will choose to use these vouchers to either claim an amount of HOOLI on day one or get a larger allocation by participating in a mini-game. If you don't have vouchers you will be able to participate in the mini-game directly using HOOLI for the potential of performance based bonuses too.
