This’s Cuba and there’s no electricity. This's a hospital running on bare minimum power in Cuba.
The U.S is starving millions of people in Cuba. The U.S. is laying siege cruelly cut off all fuel and humanitarian aid, power is out, leaving hospitals without electricity. Dialysis patients, babies in NICU, and others will die.
Food is rotting. Water pumps stopped working. Systems are breaking down, strangled by the US fuel chokehold.
This's a criminal act of collective punishment, it's a blatant violation of international law, This’s a crime against humanity.
We should be speaking out loudly in the international community: U.S. military action against Cuba is illegal and unacceptable.
Put an end to U.S. impunity before it takes another sovereign country into chaos.

I hope this gives people some context ....
Crystal meth and severe sleep deprivation is a vicious combination. People can stay awake for days, sometimes even weeks and that level of exhaustion can push someone into drug-induced psychosis, paranoia, hallucinations, and extreme distress.
Illegal fentanyl is killing the most people, but chronic meth use combined with sleep deprivation has absolutely contributed to many of the public safety and mental health crises we’re seeing today.
Sometimes what’s needed first isn’t punishment, it’s intervention, stabilization, sleep, food, human connection, and dignity.
Back when I was struggling like that, they would bring me to a place called Triage on Powell Street in Vancouver. I’d get my own room and sleep for days.
When I finally woke up, I’d eat in the cafeteria, talk with staff, and slowly start feeling human again.
Sometimes I’d ask for help getting into detox. Sometimes I’d leave. But no matter what, I was treated with dignity instead of being treated like I was disposable.
People can debate policy all day long, but I lived this reality, you cannot punish someone out of psychosis, trauma, or exhaustion.
Sometimes the first step toward recovery is simply giving someone a safe place to sleep, eat, breathe, and be treated like a human being.

Cause bringing a pop up tent to urinate in front of 84 yr old abducted Nancy Guthries home wasn’t bottom enough for @CriminalNetworX He had to sink just a little lower by mocking the night of this poor woman’s abduction & likely murder with some asinine AI song while mocking the American Sign Language (ASL) & deaf community. He also had to make sure to mention Nancy’s not as blessed as him🤯 I got 2nd hand embarrassment for the children of Alexander Zabel Jr. They’re stuck with such an embarrassment of a jobless father 🫠

If you think collecting trash on the beach is too much trouble, believe me, this is harder.
What is toughest of all are the months of rehabilitating animals injured by our debris—or watching them die.
If you're heading for the beach, take gloves and a bag for trash. Yes, it's not you who left it there, but there will always be irresponsible morons—the rest of us can do this simple thing which saves grievous suffering to marine life.
