The National Community Rugby League open age structure as proposed for 2026. They're now calling all of this 'Tier 3' when it actually comprises of three levels, I presume to try and appease dissenting clubs. Likewise the names 'National Conference North West' just feel clunky.

@jdgsport Helps if they were to undertake meaningful consultation with NCL member clubs. You cant evolve if you don't listen.
