It is always a delightful experience when the classroom meets transactional expertise. The FORMATION EXCEPTIONELLE's 3-day Masterclass in June 2025 was a strategic platform to learn and re-learn key issues within the energy sector. Participating in the training themed "Renewables, Oil, Gas & Power - Transactional Issues, Contracting & Arbitration" was a platform to benefit from the wealth of knowledge from skilled experts in the field. The training was invaluable. Dr. Ayodele Oni was thoroughly engaging and insightful. Personally, I am happy to have contributed to the class discussions and interacted with the experienced facilitators. Contextualising my transaction experiences in case studies proved that I have learned quite a bit. But it also exposed me to the huge, untapped knowledge left untouched. My deep appreciation to my Partners, Nicholas Okafor, Adeola Sunmola and Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie for the opportunity to attend the training.
