So @CornwallCouncil contractors are supposed to be laying the new tarmac tomorrow to sort this mess out, but…it hasn’t been ordered 😂 it’ll now be Tuesday at the earliest!! Could. Not. Make. It. Up. Meanwhile we’re getting more cancellations because of it all!!!

@CornwallCouncil what’s the justification for roadworks of this nature being done overnight and not during the day? This was at 0050hrs this morning. We have a 100% complaint rate from our customers this morning!!

What justification is there for this level of roadworks to be carried out overnight and not daytime? Work has to be done but this level overnight in a residential village? We’re fully booked, It’s 1am, guests are either going to leave or demand compensation - I know I would!!
