Our government is investing $168,600 through the Ontario Trillium Foundation to support Caledon Community Services. This funding will expand access to transportation for seniors, helping over 400 residents get to medical appointments, programs, and essential services safely.

The Family Place in Mount Albert is working to serve more local families with young children. I recently visited to connect with their team and recognize their funding from the Ontario Trillium Foundation. Support from the OTF includes a $223,000 Grow Grant, over three years — in addition to a $56,000 Seed Grant awarded last fall to pilot expanded programming. Last weekend, I had the pleasure of joining the Toronto Cultural Mingle Association at Aurora Town Square to celebrate their Intergenerational Dance and Cultural Wellness Program — supported by our government with $33,500 through an Ontario Trillium Foundation Seed Grant. The performances were fantastic — especially the amazing kids who filled the room with so much joy and energy. 💃🕺✨ This program is strengthening community connections, reducing social isolation, and bringing seniors, youth, and families together through movement, music, and cultural traditions. Congratulations to Gina and the entire TCMA team for a beautiful celebration — and thank you for the meaningful work you do in our community! ❤️🌟

I joined the Glen Cairn Community Resource Centre in celebrating their Ontario Trillium Foundation Resilient Communities Fund Grant. This grant has allowed the Centre to deliver a system navigation program five days a week onsite, with outreach embedded directly in the community.
