Rotating npm tokens doesn't fix the problem. It resets the clock. We migrated 3 repos and 6 packages to OIDC Trusted Publishing on CircleCI, then deleted every static token on the account.

op-geth is being deprecated May 31st. All OP Stack chain operators need to spin up op-reth validator nodes now.
