Yesterday, members of the London Police Service were proud to take part in the Empowered Essence Conference, hosted by the Ontario Women in Law Enforcement - an event dedicated to growth, learning, and uplifting women in policing and beyond. We were honoured to have our very own Deputy Chief Treena MacSween as one of the phenomenal speakers.🙌👮 She shared her powerful story of Grit, Grace, and Respectful Disruption on her journey to becoming the highest-ranking Black female officer in Canada. Her message of resilience and leadership was inspiring for everyone in attendance. Several LPS women joined the conference for this exceptional training opportunity.
