@CardsEnzo @JohnErickson107 We know volume is intense, but pausing submissions hurts the community during this historic growth. Instead of a temporary stop-gap, we’re deploying a $200M investment in facility expansion, advanced logistics tech, and new graders for a permanent, structural solution.

PSA recently increased prices to quell demand, it didn't work. So now it's more expensive to grade AND takes longer. $25/card for a 5 month turn, with a new minimum of 50 cards. I'm happy to see they are investing to grow capacity but they should have done that last year.

Execs at @PSAcard seeing the hobby continue to grow.

Here is a valuable lesson of the hobby: Be up front, be transparent, be understanding, and be kind. This person did the exact opposite, was then called out for his foolishness and then doubled down on it. I assure you, you can make money in this space without being scummy
