Yes, I have a question. I used my ParkMobile app this past weekend. I entered my friends plate number correctly. I paid for three hours that is in my app however they got a $75 parking fine taped to their window. I double checked that we were in the right space and I had added their license plate correctly. I’ve contacted you guys. I’ve hit up your support. I’ve gotten zero response at all. Can somebody please help me?

We would love to provide that feature! Unfortunately, our app is bound by the same restrictions that the parking meters are, including minimum parking times and no refunds. I understand your request and strongly encourage you to reach out to the owner of the parking area and let them know that you would like more options with your parking.

This is a good example of government authoritarianism over citizens. There is absolutely no reason why there shouldn’t be a way to correct or refund a simple mistake like this. The real issue is that the system isn’t designed with flexibility or customer experience in mind. In a private company, they would usually be happy to change the zone or issue a refund to keep the customer satisfied. But when a service operates like a monopoly under government control, there is no incentive to improve efficiency.

Some serious great UX at @Parkmobile doesn’t let you terminate a parking session early. So you just get their enormous (and battery draining) countdown with no way to dismiss. Normally that thing is nice, but a 15 hour parking session!! wtf I guess they want me to uninstall

It appears the provided email has been floating around including users without parking accounts. We've noticed that phishing attacks are on the rise now days. Beware of various types of phishing and take utmost care not to fall for it. We urge you to report it as spam to your email provider. Please don’t be fooled! Follow these tips: Never click on a link within an email that you weren’t expecting. When you’re asked to log in to an account or online service, navigate to the official website and log in. That way, you can ensure you’re logging in to the real site and not a phony look-alike. Email security filters can only do so much to protect you from malicious emails. Stay alert and help create a human firewall for yourself. Lastly, please do not respond to the malicious email to keep your information secure. Thank you. Enjoy your day!

ParkMobile cannot remove any violations. We also do not own or operate any parking meters, kiosks, or pay stations. It would be best to refer to the violation for more information on properly disputing any violation or to file a complaint regarding the parking areas.

Hi there! We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, parking transactions can't be adjusted or cancelled once started, as no parking operator allows us to have that functionality. Should you start a transaction in any area in the future and later realize you have started it with the wrong parking information, you will need to immediately start another transaction with the correct details, as officers use your zone, license plate, and space number (where applicable) to view your parking payment. Really wish @Parkmobile would get their crap together for the season long CBJ parking passes at the lot we park in. it hasn’t worked all year and if no one’s at the entrance when you get there or leave early you’re screwed. But since it’s January what’s the point

@Parkmobile The new UI with the spinner is not only considerably less visually clear than the old version, but the button won’t let me pay for parking. I hope that you’ll return to the old, straightforward payment screen soon, or I’ll have to find a new parking app.

In keeping with our longstanding commitment to transparency, we want to share an update on the cybersecurity incident we announced in March 2021. To clarify, the incident referenced in these alerts may relate to a cybersecurity incident from March 2021. ParkMobile has not experienced a similar incident since 2021. Following the March 2021 event, we immediately launched an investigation, quickly eliminated a third-party vulnerability, and continue to maintain our security and monitor our systems. We also notified our customers and appropriate law enforcement and data protection authorities. As an additional security measure, we have recently changed our login process. Our application no longer requires users to create or maintain passwords; instead we require multi-factor authentication (MFA) through a secure magic link to access your account. Please rest assured we take seriously our responsibility to safeguard the security of our users’ information and appreciate your continued trust.
