We’re proud to support Second Harvest of Silicon Valley and their mission to ensure everyone in our community has access to nutritious food. Together, we packed 750 snack bags and signed 158 cards — all of which will be shared with local organizations serving children and seniors. We recently had the opportunity to support more than 100 middle school students in Union City through two financial education workshops. At both schools, students dove into topics like how financial institutions work, the difference between credit unions and banks, and what it means to build healthy financial habits early on. We also hosted a financial wellness panel where students asked thoughtful questions about career paths, workplace culture, and the financial tips our team wished they’d known at their age.

We joined Open Heart Kitchen at the @DublinPIO Senior Center to help serve hot, fresh meals to local seniors — and our team jumped right in, plating food, clearing tables, washing dishes, and lending a hand wherever it was needed. For many seniors, this is the only hot meal they receive all day, and the social connection is just as nourishing as the food. We’re grateful for the chance to support a program that brings comfort, care, and community to so many.

Our Santa Rosa branch recently hosted a mortgage‑focused day centered on helping members explore their homeownership goals. Throughout the day, we had meaningful conversations about refinancing, purchasing a home, and navigating next steps with confidence. The branch was full of positive energy as members asked questions, learned about their options, and received personalized guidance from our team. We’re proud to create welcoming moments like these that empower members to move closer to their homeownership dreams. 🏡

We recently partnered with @cityservecares of the Tri‑Valley for another Souper Tuesday in Livermore — an incredible organization making a real difference for local families. This time, we led an interactive budgeting activity where participants used grocery store flyers to plan a week of dinners on a $200 budget. It sparked great conversations, practical insights, and a few fun “aha” moments… including the reminder to never grocery shop on an empty stomach! We’re grateful for this ongoing partnership and the opportunity to empower our community through financial education and connection.
