Add a 50% cap gains tax on every dollar those funds generate at and a continued 33% tax on any dollar donated to any school going forward. Seems like that would wipe out all student debt. Take the extra $ send to public schools in need of addition funding!

How about instead of taxpayer-funded debt relief for student loans, we tax every college endowment fund 33% off the top, use that to pay down student debt? After all, those institutions ripping kids off for degrees that are worthless & kids with no financial aptitude caused this.
