Hello everyone, Red Redemption, Founder and CEO here.
Now that Offkai is over, we can finally take a moment to look back on how incredible #OffkaiGen5 was.
This has truly been an eye opening experience for me personally to see firsthand just how amazing this community is. Getting to see fan merch, watching everyone interact with our talents during our M&G's/Karaoke, and capturing the moment though our virtual chekis was just incredible to see.
I feel that we as Variance Project have come along way, and seeing our story unfold has been incredible. What started as an ambitious idea centered around world-building, where our talents represent a faction and bringing them to life through roleplaying, has slowly grown into something much bigger than what I could have ever imagined. From the very beginning, our goal has always been to create meaningful connections through storytelling while giving our talents the freedom to express themselves in their own unique ways. Seeing the community come together at Offkai and connect with our talents reminded me exactly why we do what we do. If I would've told myself when we first started Variance Project that we would be standing with our own booth at Offkai in the US, and meeting this many fans coming from all around the globe, I honestly don't know if I would have believed that.
From our talent debuts in 2025, to the many other events, conventions, our 1 year milestone, and now soon to release new debuts, this has truly been a blessing. With this, we want to continue to take the steps necessary to deliver to our fans, but ultimately to our amazing talents who we are so proud of. To Avaritia Hawthorne, Leia Memoria, and Katya Sable: Thank you for taking a chance on us, for believing in our mission, for being the heart and soul of Variance Project.
Additionally, this was also my first time attending a convention in the US, which came with it's own set of challenges since Variance Project is originally based in the Netherlands. However, we overcame them, not alone, but together as a team. I am grateful for the VP staff who helped during Offkai, for the Offkai staff who assisted us on our first venture, and for the incredible conversations I had with all of the industry people with whom I crossed paths.
We also want to extend our thanks to Vivaria Virtual for trusting us in the collaborative Industry boothing concept during this Offkai, and proud to say that is was a success and an absolute pleasure to have worked with them during Offkai 2026.
I want to thank everyone who stopped by our booth and said hi to any of the staff or our talents. You've made this a truly special experience for everyone involved and we are truly grateful for your support.
We will continue to do our best to create even more unforgettable moments, and we hope to make many more memories together.
