Oproep! #durftevragen. Ik ben bezig met een boek. Richting het einde wil je dan wat zeggen over ‘wat kan de consument dan doen voor een beter voedselsysteem’. In allerlei bronnen kom ik toch niet verder dan ‘koop lokaal in het seizoen met keurmerk etc’. Dat kan toch origineler?
