@petlibro - literally one of our favorite brands so much so I’ve purchased 5’s (3 for our house and 2 for my daughter’s house). All was great until you changed pump designs and the black prefilters became obsolete for us. So now decisions need to be made. Super disappointed.

@petlibro Now I'm furious! Not only have you noticed helped me with app not knowing sub I paid for. Now, fountain base won't turn on, no lights, plugged in, lead working fine on other device. I'm fed up & will want a refund unless you deal with my problems now!

@SlickRick00666 So sorry to hear this! This can happen if the tank isn’t fully seated, the pump/filter is misaligned, or there’s buildup affecting the seal. Double check those and the max fill line. If it continues, please DM or email help@petlibro.com so we can fix it!

Starting to not like my smart @petlibro water fountain. Keeps want to randomly leak over Sometimes its every, sometimes it takes 2 weeks. Hasno cracks that I can tell. . Sometimes sit seems when the water gets low it wants to gush out all the water. But it does it when its full too. Spent to much on that thing for it to keep doing this.

@ReallyAdriel The OP later shared the issue was linked to a power strip on the floor. The burn pattern matched an electrical arc from liquid contact. The fountain’s induction pump area showed no damage. We’re continuing safety testing and always recommend keeping cords elevated and dry.

@ReallyAdriel We reviewed the situation and the OP’s follow-up, and fire was caused by an electrical issue with a power strip/extension cord on the floor near the fountain, not the fountain itself. We’re continuing additional safety testing to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

@petlibro do better by your customers. I have 2 water fountains, 4 polar feeders and 2 granary feeders. I'm having issues with all of them. My fur babies went hungry and entire day! Support has been 0 help. Asking everything under but providing a fix/replacement. DO BETTER!
