Unacceptable support from @Philips @TPVision. 2 weeks of delays for 2 defective monitors. They admit NO STOCK for replacements & only offer refurbished units for a new purchase, then tell me to "ask Amazon for a refund". Is this how you treat professional customers? 😡 #7000

@Philips Very bad experience by purchasing philips trimmer. Stopped working in 3 months and now not getting replaced even after registering complaint more than 1 month. Dont buy philips trimmer just by brand name as quality has deteriorated. Buy any other brand
