Şu Philips 900 Aqua serisinin elektrik süpürgesi kadar parayı boşa savuran bi cihaz görmedim. Bir de dyson ile kıyaslamalar yapıp “çok benzer” yorumları yapılmış.Ya süpürge çekmiyor. Bu makinen tek yapması gereken şey bu. Islak temizleme özelliğini söylemiyorum bile. Korkunç!

I spoke to @Philips customer service, and they confirmed that my product qualifies for replacement under the policy. However, Blinkit still refused to replace it. Why should I go to a service centre when I’m eligible for a replacement? Is Blinkit misleading customers?

@Philips Really pathetic service you guys have. The service engineer doesn’t specify the time band in which he will come for repair. He says I will come after 12. Meaning one should wait for him to come anytime after 12 and the worst part is he never arrives for repairs.
