New Trail Blazers owner Tom Dundon and Apollo Sports Capital recently invested $225+ million into Pickleball Inc., per @FOS. Dundon appears to be simultaneously making continued aggressive investments into pickleball, but pulling questioned cost-cutting methods on his NBA team.

The Blazers had a crazy season. They lost their head coach one game into the season and, somehow, not only kept going but got better. Shouts to Tiago, one of the leading candidates in my opinion for coach of the year, for not only getting everyone bought in but getting them so far. Elite leadership.🫡

Damian Lillard's full answer on if he was considering a return during the playoffs. Dame says he never told anyone he wanted to return, but the Blazers probably gathered that from the way he had adjusted his routine. Also said people expecting him to be a playoffs hero were unrealistic. A LOT of good insight in here.
